Lead times for delivery is dependent on the item chosen. For product specific lead times, you can check delivery information on each individual product page to see which category this falls in.

- Despatched within 1-3 Business Days: Engraved Items, Selected Mugs, Printed Items, Embroidered Items and Candles
- Despatched within 3-5 Business Days: Ceramic and Printed Glass, Books
Although we endeavour to despatch all orders by the above lead times, these may be affected due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Leads time may be extended during high seasonal demand.
Our postal and courier partners will deliver the Products ordered by you to the address you give for delivery when you make your order. You may specify a delivery address which is different from your invoice address, if, for example, you would like us to deliver the products directly to a friend, a relative, or to your place of work.
In the unlikely event you do not receive your order within 14 days of the date on which you ordered them (or 28 days for international orders); For You Personalised Gifts shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org of the problem within 14 days (or 28 days for international orders) of the date on which you ordered the Products.
Should a product arrive damaged or faulty please contact us straight away at email@example.com with a description and image of the damaged product and we will be in touch with you as quickly as possible.
Unless you have cancelled your order prior to dispatch, you will become the owner of the products once they have been delivered to you. In any case, after delivery they will be held at your own risk and For You Personalised Gifts will not be liable for any loss, damage or destruction to the Products except insofar as it arises from an inherent defect in any of the Products.
