Kate Greenaway, iconic illustrator, was best known for her drawings of traditionally dressed children and her unique style is paramount in this exquisite book. A child name is included on both the cover and on a dedicated opening page to which a message can be added. Taken from the historic archives of Frederick Warne and Penguin, specially stored in the basements of the Victoria & Albert Museum in London.
