All our personalised items are made with care, exclusively for you. We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. You will receive an estimated delivery date during checkout and in your order confirmation email. While we strive to meet these times, unforeseen circumstances may affect them, especially during peak seasons. We offer flexible delivery options, allowing you to send gifts to any address, and we don’t include invoices in the package.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return items within 30 days of purchase. Contact us with your order number to request a return or replacement. Please note that we can only cover shipping expenses for damaged or defective items. Personalised items are non-returnable as they are crafted uniquely for you.
