Influencers

By participating in the ForYou.ie Influencer Programme, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility
1.1. To participate, you must be at least 18 years old and have an active social media presence.
1.2. You must complete the Influencer Application Form and be approved by the ForYou.ie team.

2. Programme Participation
2.1. Upon approval, we will reach out for details on how to access samples, marketing materials, and unique referral links or discount codes.
2.2. You are expected to create and share content that positively represents ForYou.ie and its products.

3. Commission and Payments
3.1. Influencers are eligible to earn commissions based on sales generated through their referral links or discount codes. (For commission-based participation, refer to our Affiliates Section for our AWIN program).

4. Content Guidelines
4.1. All content created as part of the ForYou.ie Influencer Program must be original and comply with the platform's guidelines and policies.
4.2. Influencers must disclose their relationship with ForYou.ie in all promotional content, adhering to relevant advertising standards and regulations.
4.3. ForYou.ie reserves the right to request the removal of any content that is deemed inappropriate or not aligned with the brand's values.

5. Product Samples
5.1. ForYou.ie may provide product samples to influencers for review and promotion purposes.
5.2. Product samples are provided at the discretion of ForYou.ie and are subject to availability.
5.3. Influencers are expected to create content featuring the product samples and share honest reviews with their audience.

6. User-Generated Content (UGC)
6.1. By participating in the program, you grant ForYou.ie the right to use any content you create and share featuring ForYou.ie products on its website, social media channels, and other marketing materials.
6.2. UGC may be edited, reformatted, and used for promotional purposes without further consent from the influencer.

7. Confidentiality
7.1. Influencers may have access to confidential information about ForYou.ie, its products, and its marketing strategies. This information must not be disclosed to any third parties.

8. Termination
8.1. Either party may terminate the influencer agreement at any time with written notice.
8.2. ForYou.ie reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately if the influencer breaches any of these terms and conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. ForYou.ie is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the influencer's participation in the programme.

10. Governing Law
10.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ireland.
