Ordered two, one was shattered on arrival. Packaging is not great, glasses were just placed in bubble wrap and placed in a very large box. There is no individual box for each glasses which for giving as a gift is very unusual. The glass that was not damaged is beautiful and the engraving is flawless but still found it hard to get something to put it in that it wouldn’t get damaged.
