This box can be personalised with up to 2 lines. Line 1 can hold up to 15 characters and line 2 can hold up to 20 characters. All personalisation will appear as requested. Please refrain from using block capitals on line 2 as this will make the personalisation hard to read. The box features a metal clasp and hinges. Please note that each box is crafted from natural wood and so may feature small imperfections and differences in grain, knots and colour. Extremely bad quality product. Very cheap materials, barely able to read writing and lock broke on arrival. Contacted customer service with 5 emails and still no further on. Had absolutely no intention of posting a bad review but on seeing I still have no reply I have no choice. 1 week before Christmas and left without a gift. There was a delay on my behalf in sending pics as I was ill but this was explained to them. Terrible service all round.
