Really loved the box it was a Christmas present and they loved it. The only downfall of this product is the wood was very cheap and would break very easy. For the price I was expecting a bit more

Extremely bad quality product. Very cheap materials, barely able to read writing and lock broke on arrival. Contacted customer service with 5 emails and still no further on. Had absolutely no intention of posting a bad review but on seeing I still have no reply I have no choice. 1 week before Christmas and left without a gift. There was a delay on my behalf in sending pics as I was ill but this was explained to them. Terrible service all round.
