The wedding planner I ordered is very nice but unfortunately the length of time it took to arrive will prevent me from ordering again. I ordered it on April 9 and it arrived May 3.. After ordering it I received email saying it would arrive on 19 or 20 April. From tracking I saw it arrived in the courier on 26 April and then took another 8 days to arrive. If it had been sent via the postal service it would have arrived a lot earlier. The courier you use is renowned for its terrible service just look at its reviews . I’m sorry your products are nice but unless you change your delivery method and speed it up dramatically I will not be using it again
